1. How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are processed within 2-4 days of receiving orders, and are shipped out after. Processing time does vary due to nature of products ordered. Canada Post Orders are shipped out every Monday and Thursday - shipping time varies based on location.
Orders are shipped and delivered same-day every Tuesday & Friday. Toronto, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Markham, Richmond Hill, Thornhill, Concord/Woodbridge, Brampton, West Brampton, East Mississauga, West Mississauga, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby
2. What are the accepted methods of payments?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and E-Transfer. (Please note: E-Transfer must be received prior to processing, failure to make payment, will result in delay in processing time.
3. What are your shipping options?
Local Delivery (fastest option), Canada Post and Pick-Up.
Beverage orders cannot be shipped with Canada Post at this time, however we are working diligently on rectifying this.
4. What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if products arrive to you damaged, please do send us an email: firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will do our best to assist you.
5. How can I order Adult Friendly products?
All Adult Friendly products can be ordered through our Instagram page.
6. Can I order large quantities of your product?
Yes, absolutely! Please send us an email with your inquiry and we will get back to you.
7. Do you cater for events, create custom drinks and/or menus, etc?
